During the first seven months of this year, more than 28 million tons of loading and unloading operations were carried out at Imam Khomeini Port, which was achieved by the entry of 926 ships into the port complex.
During this period, the unloading of grains and basic goods has exceeded 10 million tons, an 18% increase compared to last year. This volume of goods has entered the port docks via 176 ships carrying basic goods.
A significant upward trend has also been recorded in the loading and unloading of basic goods, with an increase of 28 percent compared to the same period last year, reaching more than 10.5 million tons.
