With the implementation of war insurance and increased risk coverage rates, many foreign shipping companies refused to enter Iranian waters, which poses a serious threat to the import of essential goods.

The most important strategy to save the country’s logistics is to develop ocean ports such as Chabahar and Jask, which have the potential to become secure maritime hubs due to their distance from direct lines of threat. Unfortunately, these ports are not utilizing their full capacity due to sanctions and unprofessional transfers.
