Four years ago, the government issued a directive according to which, in relation to the sale of flour, each factory can use a discount in its wheat purchase and buy it cheaper. Unfortunately, the property claims that the flour mills must pay 25% of this amount for tax to the property because it has been added to the profit of the flour manufacturers.
