From the very first day until the closing hours, our booth remained one of the busiest and most visited destinations at IDMA 2026.

The true highlights of the exhibition were undoubtedly BASTAK’s next-generation innovations: the Gluten Touch System and the FN Touch System. Introducing multiple world-first technologies, these groundbreaking solutions attracted tremendous attention and became some of the most talked-about laboratory innovations at the exhibition.

The Gluten Touch System is redefining gluten analysis by bringing a completely new level of automation to laboratory operations. It is the world’s first and only system capable of operating Wet Gluten, Gluten Index, and Dry Gluten analyses together with a single touch on one integrated platform. Supporting six different languages, it offers exceptional convenience for laboratories worldwide. Moreover, it is the only gluten analysis system in the world that automatically detects the sample weight directly from the balance, eliminating manual input and reducing operator errors. Another star of IDMA 2026 was the FN Touch System, which is setting a completely new benchmark for Falling Number analysis. Developed with BASTAK’s advanced engineering expertise, it is the world’s first Falling Number instrument with a fully automatic shaker system, providing greater consistency and ease of operation. The system offers four different sample analysis modes, giving laboratories maximum flexibility for various testing requirements. Furthermore, it is the world’s first Falling Number analyzer that can be remotely monitored and controlled via a dedicated mobile application, allowing users to manage analyses directly from their smartphones. Certified according to ICC Standard No.189, the FN Touch System combines international standard compliance with a modern touchscreen interface and intelligent software, making Falling Number analysis faster, smarter, and more efficient than ever before.

Beyond our technological innovations, BASTAK also shared its expertise with the global milling community. Mr. Zeki Demirtaşoğlu, CEO of BASTAK Group and President of DESMÜD, delivered an inspiring technical presentation during IDMA 2026, attracting significant attention from international visitors. Yenilik, teknoloji ve uluslararası kalite standartlarının buluşma noktası olan IDMA 2026, BASTAK Instruments için yalnızca bir fuar değil; mühendislik gücünü, Ar-Ge vizyonunu ve dünya pazarındaki liderliğini sergilediği önemli bir vitrin oldu.

Fuar boyunca dünyanın dört bir yanından gelen değirmenciler, laboratuvar yöneticileri, tahıl uzmanları ve sektör profesyonelleri BASTAK standında bir araya geldi. Yoğun ziyaretçi trafiği, gerçekleştirilen teknik görüşmeler, yeni distribütörlük temasları ve stratejik iş birlikleri, BASTAK’ın küresel pazardaki güçlü konumunu bir kez daha gözler önüne serdi. Standımız, fuarın ilk gününden son gününe kadar sektörün en yoğun buluşma noktalarından biri oldu.
