Pasta products, having different quality
Mr. Sohrabi, Executor of the wheat plan of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture:

Mr. Ahmad Malek, Managing Director of Mana Macaron
In all developed countries, the price of goods is displayed on the shelves of shops and the market is competitive and free. But unfortunately in Iran, pasta products, despite having different quality and some produce it with durum wheat and some with soft wheat, all have the same price and we have to include that price on the product.
The iranGrain conference will host domestic and foreign activists in the cereals and oilseeds industry in May this year, after a two-year hiatus from coronary fever. Negashteh in this issue with Sharif Nezam Mafi, Executive Director of the conference: iranGrain is a business and scientific conference that aims to introduce Iranian brands to compete globally. Mr. Seyedmohammad Mirani, a member of the board of directors of the Iran-Qatar Chamber of Commerce, talks about the trade challenges between the two countries: The issue of transportation and shipping is one of the main problems in the trade between the two countries, and unfortunately, despite the promises of the governments of Iran and Qatar to launch a regular shipping line, no action has been taken to fulfill this promise.
Also, Qatar currently has a capacity of 4% to produce its own consumer products, and the 2030 plan stipulates that Qatar’s agricultural production will increase by 80%.
Regarding Iran’s cooperation with Qatar in the agricultural sector, he said: Qatar has created favorable conditions for various countries, especially Iran, such as company registration, providing land and greenhouses, etc., in the 2030 plan for the agricultural sector and extraterrestrial cultivation. Therefore, using this plan, different countries, in addition to achieving their goals, can also meet the agricultural needs of Qatar.
Mr. Yazdjerdi, Head of Iranian Millers Association, referring to the complexity of the grain and oilseeds market in the new year, said: Iran’s legal grain reserves should be about 3 months. In this susceptible situation where most countries have bought more grains for storage, there is no problem for Iran to increase its reserves to 8 months, because the silos have the necessary capacity for storage. In addition, access to currency in the current situation is better than in the next few months. However, due to the unpredictability of the market, the situation of wheat cultivation in Europe in 2022 may be favorable.
According to Dr. Yousefi, head of Geological Survey and Mineral Exploration of Shiraz, the sinkhole of Eij is one of the areas that has rejected the crisis. The deepest and widest sinkhole in the Middle East belongs to the village of Eij in Fars province. Groundwater abstraction is the main cause of land subsidence and sinkhole is a form of land subsidence.
Mr. Sohrabi, Executor of the wheat plan of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture:
Due to the continuation of drought and decrease in rainfall, which was unprecedented in the last 50 years in the last crop year and has continued in the current crop year, and also shows a 27% decrease in precipitation compared to the long term. Therefore, wheat production is currently predictable at about 9 million tons.
