Mr. Rasoul Mozhdehshafaqh,
Mr. Rasoul Mozhdehshafaqh, Spokesperson of the Macaroni AssociationThe government should think of a solution to ensure the liquidity of the trade and industry

One of the challenges in the pasta industry is the issue of working capital.
Since the government increases the price of wheat every year, this puts additional pressure on the flour industry, especially the pasta industry, which is the largest consumer of wheat. Therefore, providing cash to buy wheat is a serious problem due to the delay in the return of pasta money from the market, which sometimes takes more than 4 months.
In the meantime, another problem in the pasta industry is the double financial pressure that pasta producers face compared to other producers who also have flour factories. We have followed up on this issue several times with the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad, the Iranian State Trading Company, and such like.
However, the breakdown of the Sepah Bank system does not allow us to correct this issue so that we can buy from the flour factory on credit due to its interests in the circulation of cash in the system. In fact, the form of purchase has nothing to do with the banking system!
Unfortunately, they even denied us the possibility of buying on credit. Therefore, we request the authorities to think of a solution for the issue of working capital of wheat consuming factories.
