Grain logistics from Iran between Qatar and Kazakhstan

During the visit of Kazakh President Tokayev to Doha, Qatari investors signed contracts to participate in Kazakhstan’s agriculture worth 500 million dollars. The parties saw Iran as a safe and suitable route for grain transfer.

Among these agreements, a contract worth 200 million dollars was signed between a Qatari company, a Turkish company and National Development Fund of Iran for the construction of a grain and chickpea processing plant in the Akmola area.

According to this agreement, Dinara Group plans to increase the production of existing dairy, meat and agricultural products, build additional dairy farms and start a milk and cheese processing plant and export finished products to China and the Middle East.
