It is worth mentioning that Turkey, as the first and largest exporter of flour in the world, with a capacity of 3 to 5 million tons of flour export per year and the production of more than a thousand tons of flour on a daily basis, should definitely take advantage of the best technology in the world today. Because any stoppage and disruption in production due to poor technology or high depreciation causes huge losses.

Therefore, most of the old factories in Turkey have Swiss equipment, but recently with the increase in the capacity of the factories and the expansion of the Turkish market in the flour industry, we have seen the presence of equipment from some Turkish milling brands such as Selis in these factories as well.
