Mr Nader Sarvar is the CEO of Buhler Iran

- From the beginning of 2018 Mr Nader Sarvar will replace Mr Sharif Nezam Mafi as the CEO of Buhler Iran. Sarvar has been chosen as deputy managing director from last year. Nezam Mafi will work as the Head of Advance Material – Middle East and Africa in Dubai.
- Sepanta Engineering CEO: blowers are used in different industries in order to transfer the material or clean the filters. Today, as the food safety guidelines are becoming more and more important, Iran’s Ministry of Health and Education is focusing more on the use of blowers in the mills. The other options for transferring the material might not be as clean as the blower, therefore, using it in the flour mills is becoming a must.
- Boroomad CEO of Arteen Chimi: According to FDA, using enzymes in the food industry are generally recognized as safe. Iran’s FDA has very strict rules regarding the import of enzymes and the importers should comply with all these rules.
- Haddadi from Iranian Science and Technology Association: lack of proper storage facilities in Bandar Abbas, Iran has led to development of aflatoxins in the wheat reserves. Aflatoxins can cause cancer, therefore, paying attention to the storage facilities in this city and the humid climate there should be of utmost importance.
- Afifi Pour, Shahid Raiaiee Port: Different officials from European countries have visited Shahid Rajaiee Port and have admired the infrastructure of the port. Some of these countries are willing to sign long-term contracts and share experiences with us.
- Amrollahi, Pasta Producing Guild Association: Iran’s Health and Education Ministry is willing to support pasta enrichment in Iran; however, the support only covers giving the needed license and does not cover any financial supports.
- CEO of Morshed Gohar Company: one of the best options for improving exports in the field of bakery equipment is making the local expos more interesting for international companies. Having international exhibitors and participants in expos will help the export opportunities.
- Sadeghian, Chairman of the Board of Tak Makaron: Although Qatar’s market is not a big one, it is one of the luxurious and important ones for exporting the Iranian goods. Right now Iran is exporting goods to Qatar; however, the packaging of these goods is not as appropriate as it should be. Iran needs to work on the branding issues for increasing exports.
- PT Silo is working with a Spanish company regarding the designing of silos. The R&D department of PT Silo is now active in Spain and these two companies are doing some projects together.
- Meisami Frad, CEO of Sina Hamedan Flour Mill: Hamedan’s wheat is different from the wheat grown in Khoozestan or Golestan. The wheat produces in this province is suitable for making flat bread. In order to use it in making other bread and pastry, we should mix it with other types of flour and also add flour improvers.
- Safaiee, CEO of Silo Development Company: Unfortunately, some silo makers do not have the needed technical information and this lack of knowledge or failure in doing their job has led to the spoilage of the grains inside them and the destruction of the silo itself. Before signing a contract, these companies should pay attention to the climate of the region they are going to build the silo in.
- CEO of Fajr-e-Sepahan: These days the biggest challenge for flour millers in Iran is to find a good quality wheat. With the climate changes that Iran has had recently, there are different types of wheat available and this causes problems in the cycle of producing flour and having the exact diagram.
- Ghalam Chee, Head of the Board and Javedan, the CEO of Bootia: Because of the sanction in the past years, many mills had to use belts which were horizontal and could not bear the pressure. These days, since we are now more free for trade with other countries, we can use belts complying with the state of the art technology. Javedan added, the belts used in the flour and silo industry for some of the conveyors do not support vertical usage and this is a major problem because they are facing broken belts day after day.
- CEO of Bake Sanat: Every unit which is working in the flour industry and all the related fields should participate in IBEX. This expo is intended to introduce new technologies and make the market in Iran more competitive. We should invite international companies to exhibit even more than before.
