The change of the government postponed the wheat industry policy decisions to the second 6 months of the year.

The delay in policy-making and decision-making in the field of industrial wheat rates and pasta rates lasted so long that it coincided with the change of the new government, and this also delayed the decision even more. Therefore, it seems that no new decisions will be made in the field of industrial wheat until September.

Mr. Mozhdehshafaq, the spokesperson of the Iranian Pasta Trade Association, mentioned the above in an interview with Negashteh and said: Although, according to the budget law, this year, the wheat of trade and industry must be delivered to the trades at the cost price but due to the delay in the implementation of this matter, according to the regulation of the market, it was decided that the first three months of the year, the trade and industrial wheat will be offered to the trades at the previous rate (Rls. 120,000). Because of the change of the government and the uncertainty of the government’s policies in the field of industrial and commercial wheat, with the follow-up of the Association, we are trying to receive the wheat of trade and industry at the previous rate in August, which of course, it seems that the government will take care of this in order to prevent production stoppage.
