Emerging HORECA Ecosystem Highlighted at Iran’s Leading Hospitality Expo

HORECA IRAN, the only comprehensive professional exhibition for Iran’s hotel, restaurant, café, and catering industries, will hold its seventh edition from November 24–27 at Shahr-e Aftab International Exhibition Center.

According to Executive Director Mr. Ghassempour, the event was first launched in 2017 to create a specialized platform for introducing equipment, technologies, and food-processing solutions for the non-domestic foodservice sector—an exhibition format that did not previously exist in Iran.

The term HORECA—derived from Hotel, Restaurant, Café & Catering—is internationally recognized and reflects the shared needs and synergies within the hospitality and foodservice industries. Over the years, HORECA Iran has become a key venue for showcasing professional kitchen technologies, beverage systems, raw materials, grains, coffee, tea, bakery products, furniture, software, and décor solutions for foodservice spaces.

This year’s edition will feature major brands including Beik Sanat, Golnan Puratos, Persia Steel, Gazsoo, Data, Kaleh, Matbakh Ara, Fizik Machine, and leading bakery and food industry companies. Specialized workshops on bakery formulation, modern cooking and packaging methods, and foodservice space management will also be held.

Given the essential role of oil in professional cooking, major oil producers such as Afra and Tabiyat are also preparing to participate. HORECA Iran is now recognized as the country’s primary hospitality and professional foodservice event, aiming to bridge producers, suppliers, and commercial consumers through innovation and advanced technologies.
