The total amount of wheat production is always faced with an estimate, this estimate may be accurate when it is too late to act. Therefore, even though the area under cultivation and the average production of wheat may have been calculated correctly, there should still be a plan to import wheat for emergency situations. Especially, in a tropical province like Khuzestan, it rained during the harvest season and affected some of the fields. This possibility also exists for other provinces.

Considering the average to poor quality properties of domestic wheats in most parts of the country, foreign wheat must be imported to be combined with domestic wheats for the production of trade and industry products or even bakery.
