Unfortunately, in the last few years, the wheat and flour industry has always been confused with numerous circulars and parallel actions of government organizations, and nothing positive and hopeful has happened for the industry. For example, in Khuzestan province, despite 95,000 tons of empty capacity, new permits are still being issued to establish flour mills in some cities of the province.
Unluckily, the results of the officials’ policies show that the wheat, flour and bread industry has been abandoned, and we are caught up in supervisions, most of which are not experts, and have created many problems for the flour factories.
