The forum concluded that the global grain market has entered a phase where production growth alone is no longer a competitive advantage. Instead, competition has shifted toward transportation costs, insurance, delivery speed, and the security of trade corridors. In this new structure, winners are those who can build resilient and diversified trade routes rather than simply increase output.<\/p>\n

In this context, China\u2019s role as the traditional demand engine has weakened compared to the past, while Brazil has strengthened its position as one of the key global supply players. At the same time, geopolitics has become directly embedded in food pricing, with risks in routes such as the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf affecting global costs.<\/p>\n
