The pilot operation of the first phase of this project with a capacity of 500,000 tons is targeted for the Fajr decade of this year.<\/p>\n<p>The production capacity of the confectionery and chocolate industries in the country is more than $3 billion per year, currently less than $1 billion of this capacity is used, and economic logic requires that the excess capacity be allocated to exports.
