Therefore, any disruption in the production, supply, or import of these key commodities poses a direct threat to Iran\u2019s food security<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Nezam Mafi also highlighted that grains are not only vital for nutrition but also form a core foundation of Iran\u2019s national economy. Reviewing the country’s history over the past two centuries, he recalled several crises\u2014such as the devastating famines during the Qajar era and both World Wars\u2014that stemmed from grain shortages.<\/p>\n

He concluded that the IranGrain Conference<\/strong> aims to foster dialogue and share practical solutions for the sustainable grain market development<\/strong> in Iran.
