To achieve self-sufficiency, we need separate and advanced planning, because 85 percent of the country\u2019s agricultural exploitation units are subsistence and small-scale, and achieving self-sufficiency with this exploitation system will be very difficult. Therefore, in the macro-management of the agricultural sector and based on the country\u2019s legal capacities, we are developing a strategic plan to increase the self-sufficiency coefficient by creating major centers and hubs for the production of basic products in the country\u2019s susceptible areas, while ensuring the welfare and support of dear farmers along with reforming the cultivation pattern.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
