She stated: Currently, railway terminals are missing links in the logistics chain of our country. In fact, we have helped to optimize the logistics system of the country by building and developing more railway terminals. Unfortunately, we are deprived of rail transport capacities in the ports, and in the second six months of the year, there are many problems in the northern ports due to the ice in the Volga channel.
