Although measures have been taken in recent years to modernize the country\u2019s public transport fleet, none of these solutions have been successful and the country\u2019s roads are still seeing the traffic of retired tractors.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Hence, in the field of transportation of basic goods in the country, we are witnessing mismanagement, which causes the loss of a part of the basic goods for which huge costs have been paid.
