With approval of Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp.\u2019s HB4 Wheat for growth and production, Argentina becomes the first nation to approve a genetically modified wheat strain.
\nBioceres said on Oct. 8 that Argentina\u2019s Ministry of Agriculture has granted approval of HB4 Wheat. Argentina is Latin America\u00b4s largest wheat producer and the world\u2019s first country to adopt HB4 drought tolerance technology for this staple crop.<\/p>\n
