Unfortunately, Iran’s truck fleet is deprived of the modern fleet of the world. Although instructions are sometimes issued for the renewal of the transport fleet, most of its benefits go to the pockets of those who can act as brokers in this way by registering their orders, and in the end there will be no profit for those drivers.
On the other hand, the renewal guidelines include 3-year-old machines and are not included in the new fleet.
In the past years, the wear and tear age of the transport fleet was 25 years, after which smart cards were not issued to the trucks and they were not allowed to load, but now they have increased the age of wear and tear to 30 years. On the other hand, neighboring countries such as Iraq and Afghanistan, which have many conflicts in terms of governance and stability in the government, buy modern machines and trucks for their drivers at a much lower price and even on the transit route of Iran, they brag to Iranian drivers that we got your 9 billion car for half the price. Therefore, Iranian drivers complain about why a truck produced by a factory is sold at a lower price in a neighboring country but in our country at a more expensive price!
