Unveiling the latest achievements of Imas Company in the flour and animal feed industry

At the beginning, while introducing the new achievements of the Imas Company, Ahmad Eshghi stated: In the IDMA 2024 exhibition, Imas Company unveiled two new machines in the field of flour technology, one of which is a new type of waltz with polymer chassis.

The amount of vibration absorption in polymer chassis is higher compared to sheet systems, steel chassis and even cast iron which are often used.

He added: Another achievement of Imas Company in the field of flour technology is that it has used a new system in the rollers and feeders department. Torque motors are superior to gearbox motors in terms of depreciation, efficiency, and speed and power regulation. Also, one of the differences between Imas Company’s roller rotation adjustment system and European companies is that the torque motors used on the rollers are single and the rotation of the second roller is adjusted with pulleys and belts.

Regarding the inventions of Imas Company, Eshghi said: The fast die changing system is one of the exclusive registrations and innovations of Imas Company, which takes at least 4 hours in conventional pellet systems. But in the Imas die changing system, the die and roller are changed with less force and a time of about 20 minutes.

The sales manager of Imas Company further stated: The locking system of the Imas pellet shaft also uses three sensors, which increases the reliability of the work. Imas has been able to achieve exclusive registration by making the control of the shaft system three-purpose.
