Ministry of Agricultural Jihad for the agricultural year 2022-23 has notified the provinces of the country to plant 1.9 million hectares for irrigated wheat cultivation and 4 million hectares for rainfed cultivation, of which 1 million hectares of wheat have been cultivated in Kurdistan, West and East Azerbaijan, Ardabil, Zanjan, Qazvin, Kermanshah and Markazi Provinces.
