Government Silence Amid Wheat Guild and Industry Supply Halt Causes Damage to Flour Producers

The long delay in determining the price of wheat for the guild and industry and the delay in its supply have caused irreparable damage to the production and guild units and have stopped the income of many of these units for a while. If the price of wheat for the guild and industry is going to be increased, why are they stopping its supply? Or why is there such a delay in the decision-making process? Who will pay for the loss of income of the production units, the losses and expenses of these units?!

Reports from the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad indicate an increase in the cultivated area, somewhat reducing the possibility of a sharp decline in harvest, but the experience of previous years shows that drought will have a significant impact on the quality of wheat, especially rain-fed wheat. On the other hand, more than half of the wheat produced in Iran is rain-fed. Of course, in some provinces, the amount of spring rainfall has compensated for the drought of the previous year.
