Flour Smuggling Challenges Highlighted by Flour Mills Association President Emphasizing Role of Mills and Logistical Support
Mr. Seyed Mohammadreza Mortazavi, President of the Flour Mills Association

On the other hand, brokers who used to buy and smuggle flour from flour factories have turned to buying flour factories to provide a legal venue for flour smuggling.
